Cimarron is ideally located near the
City of Sammamish’s center within easy walking distance of local schools, library, shops, and restaurants. As one of the areas original developments founded in the mid 1980’s, the neighborhood provides contemporary homes on large lots surrounded by extensive protected greenbelts that are teaming with wildlife including local deer and other animals. The 105 resident community features several walking trails plus a private park with playground, picnic shelter, and grass fields.
The Cimarron of Sammamish HOA is supported by a five-member volunteer
board and committee members. It is self supporting thru annual membership dues that pay for upkeep, special projects, and neighborhood
activities.
