Cimarron of Sammamish Board of Directors
The Cimarron of Sammamish consists of four volunteer residents who serve up to three-year terms.  Below are the current directors, their positions, and their terms.

President - Charl Kunzmann

Charl moved to Sammamish (and Cimarron) in August of 2007 after looking at about 70 houses before he settled in Cimarron. Prior to that, he had been living in North Vancouver, BC for 13 years and before his adventures to North America, he lived in South Africa about 35 miles north of Johannesburg) for 33 years..

Current Term: 2009 - 2012
 Treasurer - Maria Titus
Maria is one of our newest board members having joined as Treasurer in February 2008.  Like many of our residents, Maria is a Washington transplant having originally grew up in Bozeman, Montana.  While she admits to that she could do without so much rain, she says Washington is the only place she knows that can match the beauty and hospitality of Central Montana.  She joined the board so that she could be more involved in the community and to do her part to help the neighborhood.  She has been in Cimarron for five years and resides with her husband Tony and her boys, Jack (age 7) and Andrew (3).  Prior to leaving her job to stay at home with the kids, she was selling medical supplies.
Current Term: 2008 - 2010

Director of Landscaping - Curt Cotton
Transplanted from Pennsylvania, Curt moved to the one-stop-sign town of Issaquah in 1978.  Having worked in hardware and building sector thru his upbringing made the transition to construction and remodeling a comfortable transition. He and his wife, Jennifer, remodeled two homes in the area which led to their find in Cimarron.  Originally intending to "flip" the house, they decided to stay because of the wonderful neighbors, beautiful neighborhood, and they relative privacy of their home.  Curt says Cimarron has a leg up on many of these new developments or planned communities in that value to roots to a community by neighbors builds pride. As Landscaping Director he works closely with contractors and is constanting "tinkering" on projects to make Cimarron a great place to live!
Current Term: 2008 - 2010
