The Cimarron of Sammamish HOA welcomes you to this official website for the association. The purpose of the website is to make it easier for residents to stay connected with the community, find out what is happening in the neighborhood, and to serve as a resource of information. We also want to make it easier for you to connect with the board of directors. The volunteer board is made up of your neighbors who want to make Cimarron a better place "Where you live among friends!"
HOA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IS ON MARCH 24th !
Following the unforeseen cancellation of our earlier planned meeting, we have rescheduled our meeting for Wednesday, March 24th 7.00 PM to 8.30 PM at Samantha Smith Library.
Please do try to attend the meeting or make sure you hand in your proxy authorization. Also, pleae remind your neighbors if you get the opportunity.

The HOA would like to remind our esteemed residents to please clean up after yourselves when using the park.
While you are welcome to use the provided garbage cans to dispose of your trash, please take care to not over-fill it. This can cause animals and birds to get in and leave a mess.

The Gray Barn Sponsors Yard-of-the-Month
The board is happy to report that The Gray Barn at Pacific Top Soils, Inc. has agreed to sponsor our Cimarron Yard-of-the-Month program. In addition to the beautiful hanging basket they donated to kick off the program, they will provide a $20 gift card, redeemable at The Gray Barn nursery, each month to the winner.
Additionally, they will provide a 10% discount to all Cimarron residents on items in the nursery.
