Dues and Fees

The annual dues for 2008 are $260 per residence. Dues can be paid in one payment at the beginning of the year or in monthly payments throughout the year. Most residents find it convenient to make a single annual payment.

The fines for common violations are as follows:

Depending on the nature (and costs) of the repairs needed, the board may allow an extention for a reasonable amount of time. Extentions are generally based upon the costs necessary to come into compliance and the good-faith-effort of the resident to complete the work as soon as possible.

NOTE: The board notifies residents of their being out of compliance. If the resident is non-responisve, the board may issue a fine. Late payments on fines are subjest to $36 late fees plus interest.
