To make it easy for residents to communicate with the Cimarron of Sammamish HOA Board, we have implemented a service request management system that allows you to submit:
  • Questions
  • Complaints
  • Service Requests
  • Architectural Requests
All this is available to you over the internet using our new GORequest software provided by Government Outreach
 
When you make a submition, it is automatically routed to the board member responsible for the specific topic.  When they process your submission, you will automatically receive a response via email.  Additionally, you can log in to check the status of your requests at any time. 
 
To use the system, simply click on the Cimarron eService link and complete the form.  When you complete your first request, you will automatically be registered for the system and have the ability to set your user name and password to log in to:
  • Submit additional requests
  • Check the status of previous requests
  • Register to receive future eNotices
