Cimarron of Sammamish HOA

The Cimarron neighborhood consists of a park and various greenbelts.  Additionally, the HOA maintains all verges of the neighborhood to provide a consistent, well-kept appearance.  The verges consist of the gravel area on the side of all the roads plus the grass area between sidewalks and the street.

 

The front entrance, which consists of two signed areas and a center island, are also maintained by the association.  It is the goal of the association to maintain high levels of esthetics on all these common Cimarron grounds to provide a beautiful, green backdrop to our residents' homes.
