Submit an Architectural Request
As part of our CC&R's, the board must approve all changes or major work to the outside of the house including:
Anything that modifies the outside appearence beyond general landscaping such as planting flowers.
Residents are required to request, in writing, any such changes. The board will review the application and respond within 10 business days. You can either apply online or submit an Architectural Request Form.
In submitting your request, you need to provide drawings, sample colors, or brochures to give the board a complete idea of what is being proposed.
