Cimarron of Sammamish HOA

As part of enforcing the CC&Rs in Cimarron, the board has a quarterly walk-whrough the neighborhood where we look through the neighborhood for CC&R violations.  While less formal reviews occur on a regular basis, the quarterly reviews are open to all residents who can point out problems in the neighborhood that may have otherwise been missed.  As part of these quarterly events, we also review all common grounds to identify areas requiring improvement.

Please take and active role in determing neighborhood standards by joining us in the next Neighborhood Walk-Through which is posted on the activities calendar.  We start at the park and walk the entire neighborhood.  This generally takes about two to three hours.
